Douglas,

Failure to restore but more importantly  failure to post a Post-mortem incident report to the respective communities after breaking a TLD for  2 days. It is a must  for a such critical infrastructure... 

I do not  want to show and promote bad examples. But  if they want to come, let them in and see you in Tunis. We will do our work.... yes there are things to learn from the incident...
