Hello PC,

Now that we have the results, we need to move to the next steps of the process.

The next steps:

1. Ask the PC team to suggest which proposals fit on what sessions.

Deadline: 18 April

2. Have a call to finalise the proposals and discuss those that do not meet consensus on their placement.

Deadline 25 April

3. Follow up with an online discussion to approve the final list. Final agenda.

Deadline 30 April

We need to start with discussions on point 1.

PC please let us discuss on organising the submitted presentations and organise them into sessions/panels during this week.

Also let us know what you think on above.

Relying on your collaboration.

Thanks

Ashil
