[AISPC] The Africa Internet Summit 2014 - Call for Papers.

Hi Seun,
Thanks for the support. I don't care two much about the look or feel,
I just care that the solution can do the following
1. Allow presenters to submit papers by entering their name, orgs,
bio, summary and attachments
2. Be able to display all the submissions on one page for easy
navigation by reviewers
3. Allow reviewers to open individual submissions and comment
4. Allow reviewers to classify presentations by picking from a
predefined list of themes (e.g. IPv6; IG; Security, etc.)
5. Allow a dash board where reviewers results can be displayed in a
quantitative and possibly qualitative manner.
6. Allow all the above to be done in a secure intuitive manner.
