[AISPC] Programme

Hi George,

Since the AfNOG CfP is there and the members from its PC are on this list,
why don't you or any other persons (Dr.Nii, Adiel etc) share the
non-operational themes or CfP which we can then agree upon and then
incorporate with the CfP Mark shared earlier on and then move fast.

Procrastination is a thief of time....we dont have time.
