Hi Douglas,

We can definitely do this sooner if we all agree that we have had enough discussions and the ideas expressed thus far are sufficient. We want to send the CfP based on the themes we think are important and relevant to the AIS and the presentations will then be under those rubrics. I am not sure we can do that before then. But if we all agree that we have had enough, we can proceed with this by the end of the week after synthesising and agreeing on the overall themes we want to see at the Summit.
