I for one would like to see a single CfP for the whole meeting, which I think we should be able to pull off if we get the ball running on this list.

Nancy & Mark, AFRINIC usually launches it CfP 3 months prior to the meeting (if I am not mistaken), when does AFNOG launch it's CfP?
