For the last few years, Michuki Mwangi <mwangi at isoc.org>,
Kevin Chege <chege at isoc.org> and Dawit Bekele <bekele at isoc.org>
organized one of the days of the plenary part of the event:
peering, development and the like which seems to be related
to the topics that you brought up.

I would very much like one of them to be part of the AIS PC.
Is it too late to join? Objections?
