Hi George,

Okay. AfNOG would decide on the contents of the Tech Conference and

share agenda for the full day event.

Thanks

Nancy

Hi Nancy,

It would really be up to the various organisations to determine the content
of their sessions. They just need to let us know what they will contain so
that we put them in the programme so that people can make informed choices
when selecting which ones to attend.

That said, we will of course share before any final decision.

Thanks.

George

Hi George,

Who determines content for the various programs ie AfNOG, AFRINIC, AFREN
etc? Is it the AISPC or the individual groups? We need to debate and clarify
this asap.

Further, the Tech conference shd be a full day and this shd be amended as
well.

A number of ppl on the list hv gone quiet. Pse let's all work on the issues.

Regards

Nancy

Hi Maina,

No problem, there are tutorials scheduled and we just need to know exactly
which ones. We will work with Nancy to incorporate them in the programme.

Many thanks.

George

+++1 Nancy,

Hi George, in light of what has indicated, please note that After a
week-long rather 5 days AfNOG technical training we always have 2 days
dedicated to the Technical Tutorials and thus the program has to consider
factoring this in as per Nancy's suggestion. This also means we would
require room allocations for those 2 days thus between 16th and 17th.

Thanks,

Noah

Hi George,

Thanks for the Program table. Perhaps you should consider doing the opening
later in the day of 17th June? That

way we would have concluded one aspect of the program and we all move on to
the next. Please note our

Tutorials are one day and 2 days respectively.

The Technical Program on 18th June should be a full day ( 09:00 - 17:30)

Regards

Nancy
