[AISPC] AIS program

[Nancy Dotse]

Hi George,

Who determines content for the various programs ie AfNOG, AFRINIC,  
AFREN etc? Is it the AISPC or the individual groups? We need to debate  
and clarify this asap.

Further, the Tech conference shd be a full day and this shd be amended  
as well.

A number of ppl on the list hv gone quiet. Pse let's all work on the  
issues.
