I meant google spreadsheet ;) Just some initial planning done on it to
get our core and office running before roll out. Before it becomes a
nightmare I want to move to a better system for some levels of
automation and to prevent duplication.

Thanks, will keep that in mind. Same with e.g Google dns of
2001:4860:4860::8888. Hence the need for correct and easy to search
for data.
@Nishal, thanks will play around with those systems and see what best fits.
