Hi everyone ! 
Je pense que cest pas seulement le probleme des gouvernements  mais aussi des communautés locales donc aux communautés locales de commencer deja par la sensibilisation sur l'Ipv6  dans les mondes academiques  afin d'encrer l'ipv6 dans les priorités universitaires .
