We would like to inform you that the dates of the West Africa Peering 
Forum (WAPF) have been updated.

While the Forum dates were originally confirmed ahead of the Africa 
Internet Summit (AIS) 2026 and AFRINIC37 Public Policy Meeting in 
Nairobi, Kenya, we have taken a deliberate decision to adjust our 
schedule in the interest of regional alignment and as a show of goodwill 
to the broader Internet community.

These events convene key stakeholders across the technical and policy 
ecosystem, many of whom are also active participants in WAPF. Aligning 
our schedule ensures that the community can fully engage across both 
platforms.

The new dates for WAPF are now scheduled for the 17th to 18th of June 2026.

We are confident this adjustment will strengthen participation and 
contribute to a more impactful outcome for all.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look 
forward to welcoming you to the West Africa Peering Forum 2026.
