...btw, what are the problems this regional
forum wants to solve? are their roots identified?

As i remember, UN SDG#9 [1] is about infrastructures;
...maybe ICANN should start by financially
supporting a regional initiative such as this [2]
one :-/

...my hope is that it helps to cover real African's
