Oh noo!!

So sad to read this. Mr. Jobe was a great human being. He was the support
behind ISOC Gambia's current secretariat at TANGO when he was the director
of ICT at MOICI and has welcomed ISOC Gambia to MOICI with his then team
and got stakeholders evolved.

We will miss him. We pray that he rest well in paradise and that his family
get the strength going through this difficult time
