*Internet Disruptions in Russia*
It is a means of silencing the internet discourse on pertinent issues in
the country. It is also an acknowledgement of the importance of the
internet in access and sharing of information in the world today. It can
also be viewed as an attack on the freedom of expression and access to
information for the internet users in the country.
