Hello Dr,

A call was made for topic, a drafting team was setup and here is a draft
from the team. Debating (like the one you have just done) including
suggestions on edits can be made up until the finalisation date which is
7th.

To wait until 7th to discuss and draft within 1.5hrs may be over ambitious,
especially considering that whatever is drafted still needs to be read out
for transcript purposes.
