[AfrICANN-discuss] Africa's participation to ICANN's meetings over time

It’s interesting to see the overall attendance numbers at ICANN meetings, but it would be a lot more interesting to see how many people are actively engaged.
The work within the ICANN Community is 365 days a year – it’s not limited to simply attending public meetings.
How many people who have attended a past ICANN meeting continue to engage?
How many are involved in policy development activities, be that at the GNSO, CCNSO or anywhere else?
