Bonjour à tous

Cette semaine; l'actualité de la gouvernance internet a été marquée par la tenue de ICANN 54 à Dublin avec le Groupe de travail sur la Responsabilité de l'ICANN qui trouve un accord sur le sole designator model pour remplacer le mécanisme de la communauté comme membre unique dans la troisième proposition à venir du Groupe de travail sur le modèle de gouvernance d'entreprise. Nous notons aussi  les consultations des parties prenantes interactives du SMSI + 10 à New York avec des discussions axées sur l'examen du document (draft) sur les  dix ans du Sommet Mondial sur la Société de l'Information. En outre, signalons les informations selon lesquelles le Parlement européen votera sur les règles de la neutralité du net le 27 Octobre et les commentaires sur la Russie qui aurait fait des essais pour une probable déconnexion d'Internet. This week; ICANN 54 in Dublin with Cross Community Working Group Accountability reaching broad agreement on the Sole Designator Model
 replacing the Sole Member Model as new reference for enforcement; and 
the Second WSIS+10 informal interactive
