Hi all!

This week; ICANN 54 in Dublin with Cross Community Working Group Accountability reaching broad agreement on the Sole Designator Model replacing the Sole Member Model as new reference for enforcement; and the Second WSIS+10 informal interactive stakeholder consultation in New York with discussions focusing on the overall ten year review of the World Summit on the Information Society (Zero Draft) was among most documented events on Internet Governance. In addition, european parliament voting on net neutrality rules next week October 27 and
