                                                            Dear Colleagues,

The fourth issue of the IGF Daily is out! The IGF Daily brings you updates from the 10th Internet Governance Forum (IGF), taking place in Joao Pessoa this week. The highlights of Issue #4 include:

	a commentary on net neutrality and zero rating, and how this has become the 'hot topic' of IGF 2015;
	reports from sessions, and an interview with Internet Society CEO Kathy Brown;
	updates from the Prefix Monitor, and data analysis in connection to discussions on the WSIS+10 process;
	and a new IGF Selfie.

Download and read IGF Daily no.4. If you've missed the previous two versions, you can access them here: Issue #1, Issue #2, and Issue #3. All the updates from IGF 2015 are also available on our dedicated page, dw.giplatform.org/igf
