++1, membre of the community indicate that the original timeline was
too short and were ignore. (since that concern about short duration
was never addressed).

and if new timetable cannot be kept, what then? come with a new
timeline? how about giving a more realistic timeline now? It is
possibly that this new propose timetable may be workable if some
heavy-lifting has already been done.
One thing still miss though is when new CEO should resume duty.
