[AfrICANN-discuss] Call for Fellowship Applications - AIS'15 Tunis - FOUR (4) DAYS LEFT

Thanks all. To be fair, I think one can equally say those of us who
primarily are policy-oriented people also need to keep ourselves
aware/educated about the technical reality of these things. Problem is we
don't enable this by building/maintaining silos. It doesn't happen at a
significant level by "spontaneous generation" either. The co-intelligence
and co-creation we need between both the technical and the (broader) policy
side participants need to be facilitated at institutional level in order
for all of us to significantly gain from it. So regardless of which side
the sponsor is coming from, I would suggest it to be a good thing for it to
avail itself to that possibility in the interest of the community as a
whole.
Just a suggestion, thanks.
