Dear el and others
happy Sunday,
I think the request for insurance for registrars is a just reassurance that
such registrar seeking accreditation etc is serious. So, I do not see why
people should see that as barrier, but the truth remains that a few
registrar invest in marketing/publicity of their businesses or kind of
businesses.
A good example is what one registrar in Nigeria - Upperlink did with its
license; running publicity campaign. I hope that should be a lesson to
others. We should stop looking for excuses where non exist.
