Dear Pierre,

Thank you for sharing. This issue of supporting the development of the DNS
industry in Underserved regions, especially Africa costs a lot to my heart. 

I will do my best to follow the session remotely. 

As I said in South Africa during The first Africa DNS Forum, one size cannot
fits all. The ICANN “One size fits all” RAA needs improvements in order to
support that goal.
