[AfrICANN-discuss] Internet Governance session in Next AFRINIC Meeting

Everybody is fit to play as much IG as they want, of course. And, to be
honest, I could not put it any better, myself :-)-O

But, this is not a core function, in other words, it must not be funded
from the IP address levy :-)-O

In any case I would much more prefer if institutions concentrated on
their core functions (only).
