We will specifically have a  renewal of a few seats (specifically 1, 2 and 7) on the Board.

> As this is your organisation, we invite you as members to participate in this important exercise. Before then, we would like to  request you all to please check your records as per the criteria below.

> Only organisations and persons fulfilling the following criteria are eligible to vote:
> 
> ▪   Any AFRINIC Resource member in "good standing". "Good standing" in this context refers to a member who has signed the AFRINIC Registration Service Agreement and has no unsettled financial debt with AFRINIC older than seven (7) days prior to Election Day.
> 
> ▪   All Registered Members.
> 
> ▪   Candidates for open positions.
> 
> ▪   Appointed Proxies duly approved by the CEO at least 48 hours prior to the Election Day and transmitted to the Chair of the Election Committee.
> 
> We also request you to check and confirm the accuracy of your contact details in MyAFRINIC and update them if need be. All communications, electronic ballots and Proxy will be based on the details available on MyAFRINIC (mainly Admin-Contact). 
> 
> Members will  also be allowed use  MyAFRINIC integrated e-voting platform (click http://afrinic.net/en/community/elections/voting/online-voting for more information). You will need to have a valid BPKI issued by AFRINIC to cast your vote. If you do not have one yet, please request for it immediately. More information about how to request your BPKI CERTIFICATE can be found at http://afrinic.net/en/community/elections/voting/online-voting?start=3.
