I found the attached documents, circulated discreetly in other channels, and I thought it appropriate to distribute here.
I wish the organizers to confirm their authenticity and also tell us the way of contributions.

Moreover, it would be desirable to consider a balanced particiaption different sub-regions, including Central Africa, which has not been taken into account in the draft agenda attached.
