Nii, Paulos,

It definitely would be a great idea for AfTLD to update the study
annually. I understand that AfTLD will be collaborating with ISOC to do
this in a holistic manner that involves similar studies & capacity
building to address shortages identified in the studies. It's very
interesting to see the 2008 AfTLD study (conducted by Paulos) is still the
most reliable source on the state of african ccTLDs.
