[AfrICANN-discuss] ASWG outputs : Clarifications

Africa in ICANN has had 14+ of 'home work'. If you are still not ready those ready will submit their 'home work' books. The teachers will mark the books. The teachers decide how 'tasty the food is'

At Ghana's independence struggle a similar situation was presented where one group said 'independence when we are ready' and another said 'independence now'. The independence now group went ahead and today every body talk about Ghana as a beacon of democracy

So, we are going to go ahead and I hope to see my people better integrated in to ICANN. Tomorrow everyone will talk about how well Africa participates in ICANN
