Someone said: One Word, one Internet and I will add One {multi-stakeholder}
community. Is it true that we have two opposing communities in AFRICA? Who are
these two communities? How are they form and what is opposing them? why is it
terribly difficult in our region to get over susceptibilities and personal
interests to focus on real business and work that can advance us all together?

For the past few weeks I bleed every time I read exchanges on this mailing
list. It is a pity for a region that is lagging behind everywhere and has so
much challenge to spent energy killing each others for pure personal narrow-
minded interest. It just exposed and remind me how at the early days of the
Independence we have let our divisions be used to killed and destroy our Heroes
and bright minds. Today Hypocritically we celebrate them … but with a big dose
of amnesia we repeat the same pattern over and over and over again.

You guys are in hallucination.  Good luck with your Africa strategy, just do not be surprised when another one pops out under a different constituency. After all there was no consensus on a one .africa either!
