[AfrICANN-discuss] Stupidity is not a Crime

I am on record that ICANN should fail DCA's bid on the merits  and not on the entertaing failure to proof-read a 18500 USD bid document.

Even though if it creates another precedent of ICANN not abiding by its own rules, such affirmative action will not put the lightweights at the adult table...

They are laughing at us. Even more than I do.
