[AfrICANN-discuss] Internet regulation at national level?

What does a Webinar achieve? Or what does one want it to achieve?

Who is the target audience? The few decision makers reading this list
don't need it, and the wannabes clamoring to have it are not going to
achieve anything other than excusing themselves from going to work
because of this "important Webinar".
