This is an unmoderated list.  That means, that if are a subscriber to this list, and you wish to post an opinion, you are able to, without restriction from the mailing list operators.

To help reduce spam, we *do* however, restrict posting to list members only. 
That is - you *must* subscribe to the mailing list first;  this is typical for most mailing lists run nowadays, and is considered Best Practice.
List members are identified by their unique email addresses.
List membership is free, and open to anyone.

I am unable to find any list member with the email address:  "sophiabekele at yahoo.com", which is the from-address in the message you forwarded below.
The closest match that I found was:  "sophiabekele at gmail.com".    

Should you wish to post directly from the @yahoo.com address, you'd first need to be "join" the mailing list as that user.  We're unfortunately, unable to verify if these are the same people.
