Thanks for the clarification, the initiative is great and i have no problem
with the team chosen since you understand African issues very well, i have
Interacted with all of you and i have no doubt you are up to the task, as
i pointed out before it was a bit confusing when i read the questionnaire
because i am sitting in the midst of a community of stakeholders and i am
not sure whether i should fill it alone or whether i can share it to
collect their input which i find appropriate, secondly in all the national
and regional meetings i have participated in we have heard interesting
questions about what ICANN is its role and mandate, i think we should tap
into this regional fora and related stake holder institutions to get more
feedback (bottom up approach). I agree with you that the deliberations in
the various groupings be shared to facilitate broader participation by all
concerned constituencies. This are my humble suggestions.
