Lerato does not exist hence it was not Lerato but Ms Bekele who admitted substantial misconduct during a TLD application, which is a violation of RFC1591.

The more rubbish I read from this guy the more I understand why he was not heard of during and after his tenure on ccNSO Council (all expenses paid of course, as Non-Com selectee)

He just has nothing to say.
