Absolutely Adamou,

ISOC and ISOC’s Chapters are working to help governments well understand the
issue before supporting any proposal or even making a new proposal.

Best regards,

Victor.

Hi Victor,
all the texts you provide us access to just enforce me in my opinion that a
common african position would be a good idea, and we can help our leaders to
understand the issue. Isoc chapters in my opinion can really constitute a
king of lobby in that direction. Isn't it?
I decide to write a brief report that I would submit to the chadian
regulatory body for information on this. Maybe this will help politician to
understand what is going on.
Regards
