[AfrICANN-discuss] Call for consultant on Internet infrastructure, Internet access prices and local content development

Hi all,

ISOC, OECD and UNESCO are currently undertaking research on the relationship
between Internet infrastructure, Internet access prices and local content
development.  As part of this research, the consortium is looking for a
consultant to aid with short case studies selected countries concerning
their level of infrastructure development, prices for Internet access and
the relative development of the local content market (detail Call for
Consultant attached).  

All interested consultant with extensive experience in this specific area
should submit a short proposal by Email to Mr. Taylor Reynolds at
Taylor.REYNOLDS at oecd.org with a copy to Ms Irmgarda Kasinskaite-Buddeberg at
I.Kasinskaite at unesco.org and Mr. Dawit Bekele at bekele at isoc.org. The
proposal should include:
	- Curriculum Vitae of the consultant
	- Price quotation
	- Any requirement of the consultant

DEADLINE: March 17, 2011.
