Hello all
We are working to fix that bug. In the meantime, you can use the wheel
on your mouse or scroll functions on your touchpad to scroll down the
form. Using the Tab key to move from field to field will also take you
down the form.

Sorry for any inconvenience. We'll fix this bug as soon as possible.
