I am in agreement with that approach-by-separation or selective approach.
WSIS and other Processes are part and parcel of this issue. After all there
is only One Community. It triggers a wide discussion once the keyword
"Internet" is mentioned....
The Wall that is separating these bodies is...... Policies and Economic
Gains of the constituents due to lack of Integration
And.....While on it: The ICANN Board is and will more be accountable to the
Community as a self-governing body. We are dealing with a new phenomenon
therefore there is no comparison, model or template to apply on this: there
is need to formulate a new method to govern or manage the Internet ....
