Le site meme des bourses : http://www.icann.org/en/fellowships/   Le
processus pour Sydney est ferme déjà.. mais celui de Seoul ouvrira
très bientôt. Il faut assister a des reunions tous les matins pendant
la reunion ICANN et il y'a un rapport a envoyer a la fin de la reunion
si vous etes choisi pour y aller.

Et le site de la ccNSO:

exclusivement pour les ccTLDs. Il faudra participer et ils vous
demanderont de faire des presentations sur votre CC etc... pour avoir
une bourse.

Peut etre que les precedents beneficaires pourraient en parler? Meme
ceux de la Francophonei car le system est partiquement le meme.
