[AfrICANN-discuss] What does Africa want from ICANN?

When I was interviewing Paul Levins for this article
http://computerworld.co.ke/articles/2008/11/07/meeting-exposes-gap-icann-discussions,
he posed a question, "what are the African issues in ICANN?" I was unable to
fully answer and would like to do an article.

What are the issues?
