[AfrICANN-discuss] Comments on the Midterm review of the ICANN JPA

Rafik, et al,

At AfTLD we are working on a response to the JPA. We are also seeing 
African ccTLDs independently submitting their comments which is a 
welcome move and would encourage others to do so.
