Dear Rafik,

I suspect everyone can send his /her comments; however, since we also have a
few groupings who are stakeholders of ICANN - Aftld; afrinic; Afrispa;
Afrisoc' afridsn; Afren.- they may as well formulate and send their own
specific comment..

Pierre

Hello Pierre and all,

Do you suggest to send a common comments grouped under Afri label or that
everyone can sent his comments and mention Afri?

Regards

Dear all,

I thought the attached would be of interest to us. Also, may I remind all
that we should be sending our comments on the continuous transition of the
technical coordination and management of the Internet Domain name and
addressing systems within the framework of the mid term review of the joint
project Agreement (JPA) between ICANN and the NTA, US DoC??

Ideally, one would suggest that our distinct African 'groupings' or Afri *
work on common comments if possible.
