ICANN is a growing orgaization and so far we are assisting it in the
decision-making process, however, I do not think 'diplomacy' is always the
best route to a decision making, but only the first route.  On the contrary,
'diplomacy' most of the time delays the process of decision making.

It is interesting in fact, to witness the view of individual morality at the
board level or interest groups, but does not take away from the fact that
the 'freedom of expression' is being violated and the decision is being made
by a single institution!
