Bonjour AR,

Merci pour les informations tres utiles que tu nous fais parvenir.  Je
voudrais juste ajouter qu'il serait interessant de pouvoir participer
davantage aux activites d'ICANN de maniere plus "interactive".  Ceci
pourrait se faire en ayant sur cette liste et les autres listes africaines
que nous avons les themes a l'ordre du jour des debats, un a un, avec des
questions precises.   Par exemple sur la 'Transparence',  on pourrait
demander (apres une bonne explication du probleme) en quoi l'Afrique se sent
elle concernee ?  Qu'est-ce que cela pourrait lui apporter ?  Comment
pourrait-elle  contribuer le cas echeant ?  etc.  Les reponses a ces
differentes questions pourraient ainsi etre prises en compte au niveau des
debats de ICANN.

Thank you for the useful information you are providing to us.  I would like
to add that it would be interesting to be able to better participate to
ICANN activities in a more "interactive" way.  This could be done by having
on this list and the other african lists we have, the issues on the agenda,
one by one, with specific questions.  For example, on the issue of
"Transparency", after a good explanation, one could ask :  how is Africa
concerned ?   What are the benefits for Africa ?  How can Africa contribute
? etc.  Answers to these questions could be then fed into ICANN's
discussions.
