Think back to the last time you had something to say on the Resource Policy Discussion (RPD) list, or thought about walking up to the microphone at a Public Policy Meeting (PPM), and didn't. <br>

This survey is about that moment. AFRINIC's Policy Engagement and Education Programme is planning its next round of webinars on how to write a policy proposal and how consensus really works. We want to build them around what holds people back, rather than guessing.<br>
