While I personally would not fear going to Cape Town (CPT) for this meeting, I would have to <br>
hard think twice before delegating or asking a Malawian colleague to travel to CPT given the <br>
high risk that many Malawians now face in South Africa.<br>

As a seasoned traveller, I have travelled to many events in such risky places in Africa and <br>
would probably attend this one in person. However, it would be very difficult or unwise for me <br>
to ask another staff member or Malawian colleagues to travel to South Africa for this  and <br>
expect them to be free to move around and network with others. Risk is very high<br>
