<p>As for traffic, an active policy discussion will naturally generate messages. The answer is sensible moderation, threading, and consolidation where appropriate, not asking selected participants to stop speaking.</p>
<p>The co-chairs can manage the process. Individual participants do not have a mandate to silence others.</p>

I support the adoption of this draft.<br>

Hierarchical AS-SETs? solve a problem. We need this and such a draft <br>
should be adopted without difficulty. I don't see any benefit in not <br>
adapting it.<br>

Lets not resist for the sake of resisting but understand why <br>

base on the discussions but if we fill this list with some garbage from <br>
ChatGTP or whatever, we will kill the spirit of the discussion, the <br>
human engagement and the results that define our community and the <br>
