<div dir="auto"><div dir="auto">Dear PDWG,</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I would like to respectfully object to the adoption of this proposal based on the governance concerns I raised in my previous contributions to this mailing list.</div><div dir="auto">While I support the continued adoption of IPv6 across Africa, I believe Internet number resource policy should remain focused on fair, transparent, and predictable resource management rather than influencing operational deployment decisions.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Africa's operators face diverse technical, economic, and infrastructure realities. For this reason, utilisation requirements should not indirectly become a mechanism for influencing technology choices.
