It engaged the WG in selecting the co-chairs we have and the process was open and transparent. </div><div><br></div><div>I trust the way we are openly agreeing to disagree until we find rough consensus on who the co-chair of the WG shall be. </div><div><br></div><div>I don't agree with the push or any idea that involves voting as it reminds me of the 2019 PPM in Kampala, where I witnessed first-hand how Afrinic community elections can be abused. It was shocking and really revealing. I did not know that voluntary service can go as far as attracting private after parties of celebrations. Voluntary service should not be incentivized as it goes against the morals of being a volunteer.</div><div><br></div><div>I am happy with the ongoing open process and it saves us time so that during the upcoming PPM, we as a WG will have selected qualified and tested co-chair as a volunteer, and we will focus on Policy discussions.</div><div><br></div><div>Mirriam.</div></div><br></div>
